Grids - The grids measure approximately 13.8"x13.8". They are powder coated NOT vinyl dipped. Powder coating is safer for your pets because it ensures that if chewed, there will be no pieces peeling off for your pet to accidentally ingest. The hole sizes are approximately 1.5 inches so that your adult pet won't be able to squeeze through. We do not recommend putting guinea pigs under 2 months old in these cages due to the possibility of them getting stuck or squeezing through.
Corrugated Plastic - Our high quality corrugated bases are 5mm thick (much thicker than others on the market). They are easy to assemble using the included rivets and extremely durable, sturdy, and secure. The sides of the base are 6 inches tall to prevent hay and poops from spilling out of the cage.
Lofts- Lofts create some extra space in your cage and a fun area for your pet to explore. The ramp is carpeted so your pet will not slip going up. They span the size of 1 grid x 2 grids and the sides are 6" high.
Your cage kit will also include zip ties to secure the grids and ensure an even better security for your pets!
Cages are accessible and easy to clean.
If you have children or free roaming pets in your home such as dogs and cats, you MUST order a cage with top for your small pet!
