Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Products must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused/unwashed.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@taterpets.com. Return shipping labels will be provided for defective products. Customer will be responsible for return shipping on all other returns. No refunds will be given without the return of a product.
Once your return is received and inspected/approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it could take 3 to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We will contact you via email if there are any issues regarding your refund.
