These cage stands are great to raise your cage off the floor. Having your pets off the floor will make for easier cleaning and also provides storage space under your cage!

ASSEMBLY IS REQUIRED! Assembly instructions are provided in your package. 

The grids measure approximately 13.8"x13.8". They are powder coated NOT vinyl dipped. Powder coating is safer for your pets because it ensures that if chewed, there will be minimal pieces peeling off for your pet to accidentally ingest. If any small pieces are ingested, it is non toxic. The hole sizes are approximately 1.5 inches.

Shipping:

All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or US holidays. Please allow 3 to 7 business days after your order has shipped, for delivery within the United States. Delivery time to other countries varies.

We are not responsible for delays or lost orders caused by our shipping carriers. If it has been more than 14 days past your shipment confirmation date (US) or 1 month past your shipment confirmation date (All other countries), please contact us at customerservice@taterpets.com.

Returns/Refunds:

To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Products must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused/unwashed

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@taterpets.com . Return shipping labels will be provided for defective products. Customer will be responsible for return shipping on all other returns. 

Once your return is received and inspected/approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We will contact you via email if there are any issues regarding your refund.
